Principal or Senior Aerospace engineer
Mide is seeking a Principle or Senior Aerospace engineer. The following qualifications are desired: A PhD or Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering. Demonstrated experience in Dynamics, Structural Dynamics and Control. Strengths in other fields, such as smart materials, aeroelasticity, heat transfer and electro-mechanical systems are also desired. Applicants must be practical and will be expected to verify theoretical analyses in our laboratory. Project management and good proposal writing skills are required. The ability to work independently and supervise technical personnel is considered important. Candidates with 3 - 7 years are preferred but recent graduates are invited to apply.

Project Manager
Midé is seeking a Project Manager. The following qualifications are desired:
Education: Preferably Master's Degree or higher. Mechanical or Aero/Astro Engineering background preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years preferred. Responsible for the design, fabrication, and debugging of mechanical/electronic systems.
The Project manager and/or principal investigator will be responsible for multiple research projects. He or she will be expected to acquire new business/research contracts by offering innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
Requirements: The successful candidate must be have the following skills:
- Effective verbal and written communications skills, particularly in composing business proposals, and working directly with clients.
- Extensive experience in research Project management.
- Experience in managing engineering projects involving small teams.
- Willing to work in a dynamic, adaptive environment in which technical focus is continuously changing.
